Directions: Step 1 : measure yourself, take before pictures too 
Step 2 : dry brush for 5 min (see video attachment)
Step 3 : add snatch oil around stomach and 3 drops in belly button 
Step 4 : Apply the snatch wrap (remove sticky part/pad from wrap to apply to skin, do a patch test first for 15 minutes to make sure not allergic)
Step 5 : apply black wrap on top of snatch wrap to hold in place
Step 6 : apply compression garment
