How to use:
First, Apply the Lipo Patch directly on the navel, for optimal results use a warm towel on the area first. This will help to open your pores, hence better absorption of the product. This will also help improve results.
Next, If you have sensitive skin and believe it may be sensitive to the adhesive, you can apply some moisturizer (cream) around the navel before using, this should help with sensitivity. If too much irritation please remove and discontinue use. 
ONLY use one piece per day. DO NOT exceed usage! ONLY 1 Lipo Patch per day. 
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to use at night, preferably before bedtime for best results. It can be worn for 6-8 hours.
