Graphics Policy/Terms

Please note that all design sales are final. We will work with you to create your dream design and extend our revision policy for an additional fee. Currently you get two free edits. If the design is not what you envisioned at the end of the process, we will gladly issue a credit for future use.

Turnaround times are typically between 5-7 business days but please note that this is not guaranteed. If you have a specific deadline for your order please inquire about our rush service for an additional fee.  You will have 3 business days to have all pertinent info to complete your order (business info, website, social media handles, pictures, or anything needed to complete work) otherwise, it will be considered abandoned. If not received within that timeframe, work completed will be sent and there will be no refunds. Once all info is gathered a new purchase has to be made to complete order. 

When inquiring about a design, please be very descriptive of any ideas you have. This will thoroughly help the designer execute your design and make the process run smoother. Once the design is approved by you (the client) original files are sent in PNG format unless otherwise specified. Other formats are available upon request. There may be an additional fee of $50 if a file conversion is needed. Please inquire prior to accepting terms and project starting if a file conversion (SVG) is needed.

Products

 

Shipping time is 7-10 business days after purchase.  All items are sent via UPS, therefore, a physical address is needed to ship, UPS does not accept PO Boxes . Tracking information will be sent via email once the item has shipped.  Due to COVID, there will be no returns.  All Sales Are Final on all products/items as well.  All items include a product description, instructions for use, and ingredients.  King Khloe, King Khloe LLC is released from any liability. By purchasing you agree to the aforementioned terms as well as the terms below.

 

Training

 

All Sales Are Final.  All PDFs, trainings, and pertinent documents will be sent via email after purchase. Please allow 24-72 hours (typically sent immediately after payment).
