Directions:
Apply the gel to the area of the body that you want to improve and activate the gel with a massage. Cover the area with a plastic wrap and leave it for 30 minutes, DO NOT exceed an hour. CAUTION: This cream does get hot. For optimal results wrap with plastic wrap and apply a waist trainer on top. When removing, use a cold towel to help unclog pores. Apply the waist trainer after removing gel and wear for 6-8 hours for optimal results
