Directions: Make sure to thoroughly wash/cleanse your hands before using. Use the alcohol pads provided to thorough cleanse the area you’re injecting. Get a new alcohol pad and wipe the top of the vial every time before use. Exfoliate the area prior to use with the gloves/brush provided for 3-5 minutes. It allows for better absorption. You will use 10ml (which is the entire vial on each use). DO NOT stick the same area twice. This can be done 3 times a week, 72 hours apart. (Example: Sunday 10ml, Wednesday 10ml, Saturday 10ml). This is a 1 week supply. Drink plenty of water (a must) and MUST compress (optimal results, compression is key). DO NOT let the area get wet for 24 hours, (no sauna, exercise, sweating) the body needs to absorb all of the product. Wrap with the osmotic wrap provided before applying compression.
